This Chardonnay is light straw in colour with a hint of green. Its malo-lactic fermentation lends a buttery texture, while the structure is lean, much like a Chablis. As it ages, it will gain complexity, and you can expect to discover additional flavours like grapefruit, citrus peel, and toast.
